Welcome to the Fort McMurray Transit (Wood Buffalo Transit) photo gallery. Transit service in Fort McMurray is provided by Wood Buffalo Transit, which is operated by Diversified Transportation. The service was established in 1980 originally operated by a fleet of GM New Looks & a handful of rare Grumman 870 buses. Later MCI & Nova Bus Classics were introduced. In 2003, the first low floor buses were introduced. Since then, high floor buses have been phased out and the fleet is now 100% New Flyer low floor buses. As of July 2012, the fleet consisted of 47 buses operating on 22 routes. For roster infromation please click here.
