Valparaíso- Trolebuses de Chile

Welcome to the photo gallery for trolleybuses in Valparaíso. The system opened on the final day of the year 1952. With a short closure in late 1981 to early 1982, the system has run a variety of vehicles over the years from various builders. As of 2016, the fleet consisted of mainly Swiss NAW and Pullman electric trolleybuses. The Pullman buses are the oldest left in active revenue service in the entire world being from the late 1940's and early 1950's. Each picture has more details about each bus when the thumbnail is clicked on.
