London Docklands Light Railway Photos
Welcome to the Transport for London photo gallery for the Docklands Light Railway. The Docklands Light Railway began operations in 1987 servicing the Docklands area and beyond to make connections to other forms of transport. As of 2014 there are 34km of track and 45 stations on 7 lines. The fleet consisits of 2 to 4 car trainsets. There is 145 cars in the rolling stock, the various orders of cars have been built to similar specs, and therefore look similar. The system is an automated system, meaning the trains normally do not require operators.
