Red Arrow's primary operation is scheduled passenger service in Alberta (since 1979) between Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, Lethbridge and Fort McMurray. In British Columbia a route between Kelowna and Vancouver has been operating since July 2025. They operate Prevost coaches, mainly H3-45's on these services. A small batch of MCI J4500's are also operated. From December 2022 to June 2025, a route between Toronto to Ottawa was also operated. Their coaches provide a more comfortable alternative to Greyhound by offering more personal space (2 + 1 seats), a rear galley on board buses, on board movies, free wifi, usually better customer service and usually better kept interior's of buses. Red Arrow also operates these coaches to Fort Mcmurray and Lethbridge.

In October 2011, Red Arrow also started up it's "no frills" motorcoach service operating between Calgary-Red Deer-Edmonton. This service uses Prevost H3-45 coaches with traditional 2 by 2 seating, without a rear galley and without on board movies. However the coaches are all wifi equipped. This service is known as eBus and coaches are branded as such.

Red Arrow also operates some school bus service in Edmonton and also takes charters.
