Saskatoon Transit New Flyer D40LFR Photos

In 2006, Saskatoon Transit took delivery of 13 New Flyer D40LFR buses (#0601-0613/0618), being one of the earlier LFR models, these buses feature a front door with less glass. 12 more followed in 2007 (#0701-0712), 16 more followed in 2008 (#0801-0816) and 4 more in 2010 (#1001-1004). In 2011 3 more were delivered, these are unique as they feature the front end heater/circulation units that resutled from a design change at New Flyer. As of April 2012, 49 New Flyer D40LFR buses were being operated by Saskatoon Transit.
